John "Fitz" Fitzgerald, GRI
Fitz recently retired from a successful career as a real estate broker which began in 1974. He was also a partner in a local firm specializing in condominium development and converted over 3,000 individual units in over 30 buildings. Staging is second nature to him. He understand the importance of furniture layout and placement. Fitz currently serves on the Board of the Gala Hispanic Theatre and is the Chair of the Board of the In Series Opera Company. I love designer shoes as long as they are comfortable.

Steven has been a DC resident for over 40 years and began staging model units for a local developer in 2006. He has a degree in communication design, previously ran his own graphic design firm and has a great eye for colors and space relationships. Steven became a Home Staging Expert® so he could assist other real estate agents with marketing their listings. When he is not working, you can find him in the garden, enjoying live theatre or traveling abroad. Steven loves designer shoes!

Monika is proud to call Baltimore City home where she ran her fabric shop for 10 years, often collaborating with both commercial and residential interior designers on custom soft goods. She has a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's degree in public administration which she earned from Wroclaw University in Poland. Monika loves creating beautiful spaces using patterns and textures. She enjoys good food, travel and family time. Monika loves designer shoes and matching handbags!
